The first time it was very short, I didn't get time to read it.
Three times he interrupted my screen with a chat. The reason being I was mumbling to myself while reading and answering the questions. I had my SAA CO2 certification exam revoked with less than 20 minutes left. Anna made me wait for 1 hour on the telephone and she could not solve the customer’s query.I wasted my money on the phone holding and they doing other things in the meantime. She was Always pointing out to NRB when it was their mistake to rectify and refund for the exam not attended.
#PEARSON VUE CONTACT NUMBER REGISTRATION#
Later he connected to another female person Anna finally to book for the exam. But she sounded as though she had less experience and knowledge about NCLEX-RN exam.Instead of booking for NCLEX RN exam she was asking to pay for registration again which was already paid and exam as well paid but exam not being taken due to not taking COVID vaccine certificate on the day of exam. I am writing a review on Pearson Vue USA/Americas region.Their site is not available to access on the Google for some reason.Initially a male person started the conversation.Cannot confirm the details after having several information of the candidate. He took 1 hours to complete the confirmation with all the details wasting my phone bill and he lacked basic knowledge and understanding of what he needs to do in relation to booking an exam for NCLEX-RN. I am forced to write this review as I had bad experiences with Pearson Vue many times where they make us wait and hold the phone for long time.I don’t want to write it but if not written the public will face same issue. It’s only to create awareness about Pearson Vue Customer Care. They shouldn't allow remote exams if this is how they do business. I have no idea if my recording is reviewed. And then stonewall anyone that would like to question it. Sure, it's possible I got unlucky with my proctor, but I can't help but wonder if they are encouraged to disqualify people from the exam for the slightest transgression. Do not schedule a remote exam if you can do one on-site. 45 mins later and being put on hold 10 times or so (not exaggerating), they said the hold was removed. I then called in and took a different approach to kill them with kindness so I could schedule another exam. They then agreed and put me on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. I called at the 72 hour mark and asked to speak to a native English speaking person and they initially said it was not possible. 72 hours later and I still had an open registration (could not schedule another exam). Even If I didn't want to dispute the charge, I still had to wait. I called to ask when I could schedule another exam, and they said it would be 24-48 hours and I had no choice but to wait. Whenever I would try to reschedule the exam on the website, it would say I have an open registration on the website. I called the customer service desk and explained to them what happened and they kept repeating that I was mumbling and I have to wait 24-48 hours. I couldn't reschedule because it was on hold, which compounded matters because I had to take the exam for work. Now I am likely out 300 dollars, because if the review process is anything like their customer service, I have no shot in hell. I acknowledge that I did not take the exam as serious as I should have, but I don't think the punishment fits the crime. No option for a rebuke or a second chance. They provided a case number that I didn't have the time to write down because everything was removed from my desk. Before I could correct myself, I received another message that I was mumbling and I am being removed from the exam. I have the bad habit of reading things out loud so I can understand it better. The first question appeared and I must have mumbled the question out loud. At that point, I realized I had to be on my toes.
It was so quick that I don't recall doing it. I then (subconsciously) looked away from the camera.
As soon as the exam started I received a message that I mumbled and this is my first warning. I made a sarcastic remark about what I looked like in the camera. The exam started and I saw myself on the camera. This was my fault, but I can only wonder if their process is too extreme. I did not have any issues from a technical perspective, unlike some of the other unfortunate people that were removed due to no fault of there own. I started the at home CCNA 200-301 exam this past Friday.
